Green Tea Yogurt Cake Recipe

Flour: 60g
Matcha powder: 5g


Eggs: 2


Sugar: 40g


Yogurt: 50ml



1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until well blended.


2. Add sugar to the egg mixture and stir until dissolved.


3. Add yogurt and mix well.


4. Sift in the flour and matcha powder.


5. Stir until a smooth, pourable batter forms.
6. Add a small amount of oil to the electric baking pan, turn on the power, and pour in the batter to fry.


7. Once one side is cooked, flip it over to fry the other side.
