Cake recipe with eggs and honey

Ingredients:
– Low-gluten flour: 150g


– Honey (A Mi Tang): 10g


– Eggs: 6 pieces


– Lemon juice: 2 drops



Instructions:


1. Sift the low-gluten flour twice and set aside.


2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.


3. Add the honey.


4. Add the lemon juice.


5. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer; this recipe uses a Qihe mixer with a bowl.


6. Continue beating until the eggs form clear, persistent marks that do not disappear.


7. Then, add the sifted low-gluten flour in two batches.
8. Each time, quickly fold the mixture evenly to form a cake batter.


9. Scoop the cake batter into the cake mold.


10. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 25 minutes.


11. After baking, remove and let cool before serving.
