Ingredients:
Toast: 2 slices
3. Prepare two slices of white toast bread. Brush a small amount of cool boiled water around the edges to prevent burning during baking.
4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the toast. 5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Tear the cheese by hand if using sliced cheese. 6. Cut the bacon into strips and arrange them on the toast. 7. Add blanched carrots and broad beans, then place sliced cherry tomatoes on top. 8. Sprinkle another layer of cheese slices over the toppings. 9. Place in a preheated oven. Bake at 160°C (320°F) with both upper and lower heating elements on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Finished.
