Mushroom Pizza Recipe

High-gluten flour: 200g
Yeast: 2g


Sugar: 5g


Salt: 2g


Olive oil: 10g


Squid: 100g


Grilled chicken thigh: 100g


Shrimp: 100g


Ingredients for One Pizza Base:


Mushrooms: 5 pieces


Cherry Tomatoes: 4 pieces


Onion: half


Mixed Vegetables: 1 tablespoon



1. Pizza base ingredients.


2. Dissolve yeast with warm water, add salt and sugar, then mix with flour and knead until smooth.


3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, then deflate it.


4. Roll out the dough and place it in a pizza pan.


5. Prepare the filling.


6. Melt butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms until both sides are slightly golden.
Sauté the 7 mushrooms until done, then add onions, shrimp, and squid; stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.


Starting from the bottom layer, arrange in order: pizza sauce, cheese, mushrooms, chicken, shrimp, squid, cheese, mixed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, cheese. Preheat oven to 200°C, bake at middle layer for 15–20 minutes.
