Butter (40g)
2. Melt the butter using the water bath method.
3. Mix the crushed biscuits into the melted butter until well combined. 4. Pour the biscuit mixture into a springform pan, press it firmly, and refrigerate until needed. 5. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water until softened. 6. Place the softened gelatin sheets into the milk. 7. Heat the milk with gelatin over the stove, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely, then let it cool to room temperature. 8. Whip the whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form, where the surface patterns do not disappear immediately. 9. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the jam and stir evenly. 10. Add half of the whipped cream to the jam mixture and mix thoroughly. 11. Remove the chilled biscuit base, arrange sliced strawberries around the inside of the mold, then pour the jam mousse mixture over the base. Refrigerate until the surface is slightly set.12. Mix the remaining half of the gelatin liquid with the rest of the whipped cream until well combined. Pour the mixture over the strawberry mousse layer. Gently tap the mold a few times to even the surface. Refrigerate for 5 hours. 13. Blow hot air around the mold using a hairdryer, then unmold the mousse. 14. Decorate the surface with strawberries and chocolate shavings.
