Cod Fish Pizza Dough and Ingredients Recipe

Flour 150g
Sourdough starter appropriate amount


Olive oil 15g


Water 75g


Salt 1/4 teaspoon


Sugar appropriate amount


Cod fish fillet 150g


Mozzarella cheese 100g


Green pepper: 1 piece


Tomato: 1 piece


Lemon: 1 piece


Egg liquid: appropriate amount


1. Cut the cod fillet into strips.


2. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and lemon juice to the cod strips.


3. Add a pinch of salt and white pepper to the cod strips.


4. Then add an appropriate amount of olive oil and mix well.


5. Dice the green pepper and tomato into small cubes and set aside.


6. Shred the mozzarella cheese and set aside.
7. Prepare 150g of flour, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and an appropriate amount of granulated sugar.


8. Add 15g of olive oil, then mix the flour thoroughly.


9. First, add yeast to warm water and let it sit for a while to fully dissolve.


10. Pour the yeast water into the flour.


11. Mix the flour until no dry flour remains, then add an appropriate amount of pre-fermented dough (tear it into small pieces).


12. Knead the dough pieces into a smooth ball of dough.


13. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm area for fermentation (oven fermentation setting: 250°C; add an appropriate amount of cold water to the baking tray and place the bowl inside).

15. Knead the fermented dough into a smooth, uniform ball.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, roughly the same size as the pizza pan.


Spread an appropriate amount of olive oil on the bottom of the pizza pan, then place the rolled dough base onto the pan to compare the size.


Shape the dough base according to the size of the pizza pan.


Prick some small holes in the dough base.


Brush an appropriate amount of egg wash onto the dough base. Oven baking setting: preheat to 160°C for 5 minutes, then bake for 10 minutes.


Spread tomato sauce onto the dough base.


Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese.


Scatter shredded green peppers and shredded tomatoes on top.


Place the marinated cod fillets onto the dough base, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes.


Remove the baking pan, add more mozzarella cheese on top, and sprinkle with oregano.
26. Place back into the oven. Bake at 170°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
