Ingredients:
Bread: 2 slices
Boil the sweet corn kernels and cook the shrimp, then cut them into dices. Dice the green and red bell peppers, and cut the bacon into small strips.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray and spread an appropriate amount of tomato sauce. (Pizza sauce is also acceptable; tomato sauce was used here.) Layer a portion of shredded cheese on top. Add the remaining toppings, then sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
