Ingredients:
– White toast: appropriate amount


– Eggplant: appropriate amount


– Onion: appropriate amount


– Ham: appropriate amount


– Ketchup: appropriate amount


– Mozzarella cheese: appropriate amount


– Black pepper powder: appropriate amount



Instructions:


1. Slice the white toast, cut the eggplant into round slices, and dice the onion or green bell pepper. Set aside.


2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggplant slices on both sides until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
3. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the toast slice.


4. Place a slice of ham on the toast slice.


5. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese.


6. Layer fried eggplant slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.


7. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the eggplant slices.


8. Layer diced onions or green peppers on top of the mozzarella cheese.
