Pizza Topping Ingredients:
King Oyster Mushroom: 1/2 piece Cherry Tomatoes: 4 pieces Green Bell Pepper: 1/4 piece Potato: 1 piece Taiwanese Small Sausages: appropriate amount Dough Preparation Steps: 1. Combine all ingredients except butter, and knead into a dough with a slightly smooth surface. Then add butter and continue kneading. 2. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth. 3. Place the dough in a warm area to ferment until it doubles in size. 4. Prepare pizza sauce. Peel and dice the tomato, onion, and garlic. Heat an appropriate amount of olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the diced tomato and cook until the juice releases. Then add ketchup, stir well, and simmer until thickened. Finally, season with black pepper.The method is very simple, so I will not include step-by-step images here. 5. After peeling and steaming the potatoes, mash them into a puree. Then add black pepper, sugar, salt, and starch, and mix well to form a mashed potato dough. Press the dough flat into a cake shape and cut into small pieces for later use. 6. Cut the bacon into large dices. Slice the king oyster mushrooms. Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces. Dice the green peppers. 7. Put a small amount of butter in a pan, add the sliced king oyster mushrooms, and sear them. The purpose is to soften the mushrooms and remove excess moisture. 8. Shred the cheese. 9. Take out the fermented dough, roll it into a round shape slightly larger than the pizza pan. 10. Place it into the pizza pan. 11. Arrange a ring of sausages around the edge of the dough. 12. Wrap the sausages in a scalloped pattern. Poke small holes all over the dough with a fork. 13. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top.
14. Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. 15. Then, place king oyster mushrooms, bacon, mashed potato, green peppers, and cherry tomatoes in order, and finally add another layer of fine shredded cheese. (An additional layer of cheese shreds can be added in between.) 16. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake for 20 minutes. When the baking reaches 14 minutes, take the pizza out and add the remaining cheese shreds, then continue baking. 17. After 20 minutes, the fragrant pizza is ready to serve.
